Audit Associate
 
Job Description:
  • Assist audit engagement teams to perform a variety of assurance and testing work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries 
  • Assist to prepare audit working papers in accordance with the engagement objectives and planned audit approach 
  • Interact with audit clients to collect all the necessary data/information, set-up and maintain audit files, prepare leads, etc

 

Job Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications 
  • Good oral and written communication skills 
  • Candidates with 2 years audit experience will be considered for Experienced Associate
 
 
Audit Senior
 
Job Description:
  • Assists in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignments of small and medium size and clients listed on Singapore Stock Exchange in various industries 
  • Identify and discuss accounting, auditing and or other reporting issues with manager and/or partner 
  • Review for completeness and adequacy, the audit working papers prepared by junior members within the engagement team 
  • Manage client’s expectation and provide timely updates and or feasible solutions on their queries 
  • Prepare recommendation letter to client to improve control and enhance business efficiency as well as any required special report
 
Job Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification 
  • Candidates with more than 4 years of proven and relevant audit experience will be considered for Senior position 
  • Candidates with 2 years audit experience will be considered for Semi Senior position
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Risk Advisory Associates/Senior Associates
 
Job Description:
  • Participate in different engagements across various organisations
  • Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls through conducting process walkthroughs and documentation testing
  • Perform compliance reviews related to regulatory requirements, guidelines and/or established policies
  • Combine data analytics with analytical skills and critical thinking to pinpoint issues and ability to deep dive to find the ultimate root cause(s)
  • Conduct risk discussions and assessments of risk profile and highlight key risks for reporting
  • Preparation of project deliverables such as plans, working papers and reports
  • Participate in introductory and closing meetings with clients

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience for Associates and minimum 2 years’ experience for Senior Associates in operational, ISO, compliance, risk management or financial reviews/audits for Associates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess good writing and analytical skills
  • Adept at use of Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
  • Keen interest and initiative to learn, self-driven and a team player
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and certifications such as CA, ACCA,CPA; CIA qualification will be an added advantage
 
 
Corporate Tax Services – Associates

Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager(s) / Associate Director(s) and / or Director(s), you will be responsible for a wide range of tax compliance and advisory services for our clients:
  • Assist and support in providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients spanning various industries
  • Prepare clients' corporate and individual tax returns, including estimated chargeable income filing and withholding tax returns
  • Assist clients in responding to queries from the tax authorities
  • Attend to queries from clients and all matters arising from a portfolio of clients
 
Job Requirements:
  • Recognised degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Accountancy and Tax
  • Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong in written and verbal English
  • Good knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
 
 
Tax Associate (GST)
 
Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager(s) / Associate Director(s) and / or Director(s), you will be responsible for the following GST compliance and advisory services for our clients:
  • Applying for GST registrations / de-registrations and / or exemptions
  • Preparing, reviewing and filing GST quarterly returns
  • Assisting clients to apply for certain GST relief schemes
  • Attending to GST queries raised by IRAS
  • Handling GST audits and investigations
  • Making voluntary disclosure of errors to IRAS
  • Applying for advance rulings on the GST treatment of proposed transactions
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification(s)
  • Non-Accountancy graduates with a desire for tax-related work are welcome to apply
  • CPA/SIATP qualifications preferred, but not a must
  • Possesses the relevant prior experience in the area of GST would be preferred for experienced associates
  • Good report writing and interpersonal skills

Valuation & Transaction Services Semi-Senior/ Associate
 
The Valuation and Transaction Services Department provides advisory services such as Pre-IPO Advisory, Merger & Acquisitions, Valuation Advisory and Business Growth Advisory by working closely with the top management, Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of our clients.
 
Job Description:
  • Assist in valuation and transaction support services of valuation work, financial due diligence assignments and related Mergers & Acquisitions transaction support engagements
  • Assist with historical financial data compilation with regards to financial due diligence and valuation engagements
  • Perform due diligence engagements with various fieldwork request
  • Assist with assessing assumptions and reasonableness which underlie financial forecasts for impairment review, intangible assets and business valuation engagements
  • Assist to prepare the discount rate for impairment review, intangible assets and business valuation engagements
  • Conduct market, country and industry researches
  • Prepare industry and report write-ups
  • Assist with the extraction of financial data from the Bloomberg & Capital IQ platform
  • Assist with any ad hoc jobs request from supervisor
 
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking & Finance, Economics or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 or more years of related working experience in commercial or banking and finance industry may be considered for the Semi-senior/Senior position
  • Candidates with good academic background but with no experience will be considered for Assistant position
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Outsourcing Team Accounts Associate
 
Job Description:
  • Basic understanding of Singapore Financial reporting Standards (SFRS), Singapore payroll compliance and Singapore Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) regulations
  • Preparation of financial statements in XBRL format
  • Be able to manage several portfolios of clients from different industry
  • Assist the seniors/managers in meeting the dateline for clients.
  • To enter all accounting transactions timely and accurately
  • To liaise with clients, auditors and tax agents etc
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or qualifications in accounting related field
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, analytical, proactive, committed and take ownership
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently to meet specific deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, XERO, MYOB and other accounting software
  • At least 1 to 2 years of accounting experience
 
Insolvency and Restructuring Associate
 
Job Description:
  • Assist in the planning, execution and finalization of simple insolvency, forensic accounting and litigation support assignments
  • Assist in gathering information from books/records of clients and third parties
  • Assist in Debtors' recovery and assets realisation
  • Assist in Adjudication of creditors' claims
  • Assist to investigate of past transactions
  • Assist with financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals
  • Ad-hoc duties which have been assigned
 
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Able to work independently and lead in a team, to manage project and meet project deadlines
  • Candidates with minimum of 3 years of proven and relevant insolvency or audit experience in PAC firms will be considered for Senior position
  • Strong business acumen and logical thinking / analytical skills
